Moroccan Magic is our organic spice mix, in the Marrakech style. This mix is fabulous for all moroccan dishes, like tagines and couscous. It is also a great all purpose blend, to use as a marinade or dry rub for meats. In a vegetarian dish it will give body and depth of flavor. One of our favorite uses is with lentils.
The blend is manufactured in small batches, to preserve freshness. Then it is packaged in an airtight, reusable foil pouch, to protect from air and light.
